Location description

Victoria Quay is a Scottish Government building located in the historic Leith Docklands area. Constructed in the 1990’s and officially opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1996, the building is designed to house offices for over 1500 civil servants. Look out for nautical influences in the building design - highlighted when viewing across the Quay.
